Have you ever heard about chees crepe? It looks weird isn’t it! It’s not like the weirdest recipe that you have ever crossed. Well today we are going to introduce you to this delicious recipe that you or anybody going to taste will like, because it’s one of the recipes that suits everybody’s taste, you cane serve it in any occasion like birthdays, dinner with friends. This recipe suits everybody due its special and light flavor, you can serve this chees crepe as a main dish or aside as you like, this chees crepe does not contain high calories, if you were of those who counts their daily calories. so, let’s see how to make an easy, and very fast chees crepe with super simple ingredients:



  1. Egg: 3 eggs
  2. Warm water:1/3 a cup
  3. Milk: 1 cup
  4. Butter: 4 tsp (melted)
  5. Flour:1 cup (sifted)
  6. Salt:1/4 tsp

  1. Feta cheese: 1 cup (mashed)
  2. Cream cheese: 1 big tsp

How to prepare

First step: mix the crepe ingredients (egg with warm water, flour, butter, and salt) in the food processor until it becomes soft and sticky.

Second step: put the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour to chill out.

Third step: warm up a little amount of oil or butter as you like, so the mixture doesn’t stick on the pan, in a large size pan on a medium to high heat. Then pour ¼ cup of the mixture and leave it for 1 minute until it gets gold, then put it on the other side, until you finish the whole mixture.

Forth step: mix the feta cheese and the cream cheese together until it becomes soft.

Fifth step: divide the filling on crepe pieces and shape it like rolls or any preferred shape, and put it in a pan oven that is covered with little amount of oil or butter ass you like.

Sixth step: put the pan in the oven for 15 minutes about 200 degree until it is cooked and become golden brown and serve it warm.
